Dear 7th and 8th Grade Parents:
The PVHS PTSA needs your help! Please be involved in the organization of what will soon become a fantastic Parent Teacher Student Association. This cannot happen without your input and participation.
We are recruiting Committee Chairs or Co-Chairs for various committees. Consider the committees listed below and see if any are of interest to you. If you have any questions and/or would like to chair a committee, please call me at 528-8815.
| Membership - | Twice a year membership drive, record keeping of members |
| Arts-In-Education - | Coordinate with Principal about assemblies and enrichment programs |
| Fundraiser - | Coordinate with Executive Committee about fundraising ideas |
| Book Fair - | Arrange volunteers to work the day of the fair |
| Hospitality - | Organize the refreshments for meetings and special functions |
| Mini Grants - | Committee selects teacher/staff requested enrichment materials |
| Multiple Copies Library - | Label and organize multiple copies of paperback books |
| School Pictures - | Coordinate with photographer; organize volunteers |
| Sunshine - | Congratulations and condolences |
| Newsletter - | Disseminate PTSA information to parents and staff |
Your participation in any way, large or small, will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to serving as President of the PTSA and as an advocate for the children of the Putnam Valley School District.
